Excellent experience at the pharmacy! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. . The pharmacist went above and beyond to ensure I understood how to properly use my medication and offered valuable insights into managing my health condition. The pharmacy was well-stocked with a wide range of medications and healthcare products, making it convenient to find everything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy for their exceptional service and dedication to patient care.

I was visiting family in Bristol over Christmas. Realised I’d forgotten medication. It was over 100 miles away. The day was also a Sunday. Visited Stoke Croft pharmacy which the NHS website indicated was open until 12.00. What a relief when the meds were dispensed with the minimum of fuss following correctly identifying that they were current in my NHS record. Thank you so much. You saved Christmas in our house.

Review titled Refused vat exemption for type 1 diabetic

I'm type 1 diabetic, and in an emergency I needed to buy test strips. These are a vat exempt purchase (see the diabetes co uk vat-exemption page for info) They not only refused to apply this exemption and denied ever having heard of it, they wouldn't even listen to me or look at the proof I offered to show. There was nobody else in the shop, yet they turned away ignoring me and acted as though I wasn't there.

Excellent staff and service. Prescription items in stock. Moved to this pharmacy after poor service elsewhere. Made to feel welcome, valued and listened too. Great attention to detail and prescriptions. And some unexpected £1 offers too. Highly recommended.

Hi, I have visited this pharmacy before several times with some small things and picked up medication - everyone is always incredibly helpful and friendly (and happy!) but a few days ago, I went in with my friend regarding an issue with my tongue and explained my ongoing issues with my migraines to the pharmacist on that day & not only was he incredibly understanding and caring about my pain, which in the medical field sadly I don’t come across very often in the ways he showed. But he also knew what to do for my mouth. I’m still taking the tablets to hopefully everything will clear up. But I have never been seen so effectively and carefully in this system and I will remember that. So thank you. And happy 50 years in pharmacy practice to him. Hope this is helpful.

The best pharmacy in Bristol. The staff are always friendly and will help you with anything you need. Always organised with prescriptions and are really helpful! Definitely would recommend this pharmacy.
