Whilst collecting my prescription I was handed my bag of medication without even being asked to confirm my address. I was about to show them my prepaid certificate on my phone, the person serving me hand gestured I should move whilst they flipped up the counter top up right in front of me. Not knowing what was happening I stepped aside only to discover the pharmacy delivery person was behind me. I did comment to the person serving me that they should have spoken to me as I had no idea someone was behind me. They dealt with the delivery person and stepped back behind the counter. I again went to show my certificate as they normally record detail from it, but it was dismissed as though not required. Maybe they need a refresh on how to interact with customers.

Had moved pharmacies due to the friendliness of the staff here, but unfortunately, this was short lived. Upon collection of prescription the colleague was rude and unfriendly. Will not be returning.

On two occasions recently I have had to ring this Pharmacy to find medication for my grandaughter, which other pharmacies were unable to get. Both times the staff have been so kind, helpful, friendly but professional, both on the phone and with face to face communication. Thank-you, it matters so much. I will definately continue to use this pharmacy in future.

First time using this Pharmacy, after experiencing bad service from my usual Pharmacy and unhelpful Doctors Surgery what an enjoyable visit here and meeting really helpful and happy people who run the place. Literally a breath of fresh air and I thank them for their excellent customer service.

Went in for a wdlk in flu jab , treated very well snd informed brilliant on after care , friendly staff and no waiting time

Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Always helpful and polite. If new medication given advice and follow up phone call. I’m so grateful for the quality of support this pharmacy gives.
