  1. Review titled Covid Vaccine - issue with parking

Rated 1 star out of 5

I booked my dad to have a covid jab at the pharmacy. Barrier was closed on car park when we arrived. My husband had to go inside and ask for barrier to be lifted. He was asked if he had a blue badge - he said no - but then he stated that my dad is 99 years old and wouldn’t be able to walk very far - so then they raised the barrier. He couldn’t keep the car on there, while he waited for us, so had to park on Inhedge car park. I had to then ask for barrier to lifted so he could drive back on to get my dad back in the car. This is obviously an issue, car park has got a couple of disabled parking spaces - the rest are taken up I’m assuming by members of staff - very frustrating. Apart from this there was no issue with the administering of the jab .

  2. Review titled impolite customer service

Rated 2 stars out of 5

There was confusion with the dose details of my medication as the prescription label said something different to what my GP told me. I was told to check with my doctor again. My GP said they sent the correct details to the pharmacy and wasn't sure why they didn't put the right dose on my medication. I went back to explain the issue but they were trying to put the blame on me instead of acknowleging a mistake had been made. This made me feel more anxious and stressed. I was not happy with this customer service.
