I have just recently moved here from another local pharmacy and the difference is unbelievable. Hence my need to write this review. The lady who approached me was kind, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable. I was first struggling to get hold of medication which I know is a common issue but the lady told me she could get hold of this certain medication and told me exactly when to expect it to be here to collect. She then went on to offer me delivery. She really was a ray of sunshine on a bad day for me. Also to add, on entering the shop to being served under 30seconds is just applaudable after waiting over 30minutes in my previous pharmacy!!!! Should of moved here a lot sooner and can't praise this pharmacy or lady enough. Thank you for helping me.

Have been using this pharmacy for many years. There has been a change in ownership and with new owners always comes change that people need to accept. Instead of giving staff a hard time. The old staff one in particular is the most efficient, professional, friendly and literally goes out of her way to help you in any way she can, just as she used to. I will continue to support this pharmacy and the staff in future. Only have good things to say every time I visit.

I and my family have used this pharmacy for over 40 years. I've always been very happy with the service but since new management took over it has become appalling. On the last 5 occasions I have been to collect prescriptions I have waited up to 30 minutes with no explanation or apology. On 3 occasions items were missing without warning, necessitating a second visit to find out where they were. Again no explanations or apologies offered. I always go at quiet times during the day so that was not the issue. I've reluctantly decided to change pharmacies. I believe in supporting local businesses but it needs to be a 2 way street. Rather than improving their service they've now shortened their opening hours, not opening at all at weekends.
