Opening times flexible for themselves - not open when they should be and not updated on site for holidays etc just flimsy note on door which is not helpful after walk 30 mins to get there, always closeing 15-20 mins early. Low on stock when others have full stock. I understand the pressure and demand but the service has been shocking and unacceptable.

We have a legal obligation to show opening times on the NHS portal. Unfortunately, Google suggests the normal opening hours. Please always go the nhs.co.uk to get the actual information. All planned closures are regularly updated on the website. We also have a legal obligation to signpost the change of hours which we did as you mentioned. Regarding stock availability, I am sorry we could not help you. There is a shortage of certain drugs on the market. We try to keep up with the changes but we are not always successful. We are sorry we let you down, this is out of our control, unfortunately.
