Every time I use the pharmacy as well as my family we all receive professional kind helpful service and all the staff at the pharmacy are kind and helpful it does not go unnoticed. We had an issue today with some antibiotics and the chemist went above and beyond to assist us. Thank you for all your hard work and I hope all staff know they are appreciated considering how much work they have to do everyday! Thank you

This has been my local pharmacy since moving to the area and I have never had any issues. All the staff are extremely friendly and more than willing to help.

Very service. We joined this pharmacy as my dad is in the last stages of cancer. They have done nothing but mess around with his medication deliveries. He needed steroids and antibiotics and was left in pain and suffering thanks to them not delivering despite telling us it would be done 100%. We have to constantly ring and chase things up which has caused our family unnecessary stress at an already very upsetting traumatic time

Firstly the member of staff left a voice mail for my daughter to call them. They actually were calling for myself regarding a prescription. This information is strictly confidential! I had collected 1 little bag containing my medication, the staff member ticked and signed after I produced my prepaid certificate. Thought nothing more of it until the voicemail and my daughter calling me saying the chemist wanted to speak to myself. I called to be told I had not paid for the mentioned prescription. The lady stated an item in the bag was not covered by the prepaid certificate. Policy's and procedures and confidentiality needs to be tightened on your side so this never happens again!

The staff treated me nicely and talked me through the whole process and I didn't feel a thing. I would recommend this pharmacy and the people who work there.

Thank you so much, to the lady pharmacist, who wasted no time in sorting out antibiotics for my 98 year old mother, such a relief to get help on a Bank Holiday.Thanks again
