Telephone calls are not answered. When I question this I am told 'we are too busy to answer the telephone'. Prescription ordered on line but not attended to for more than 2 weeks.

The worst pharmacy for answering any calls absolute ship show. I've called 22 times this morning and it just rings through everytime until the answering machine decides to take over. I call often and ive never spoken to anyone but I guarantee this happens everyday to anyone that calls. And if you go in there they act stupid like they haven't just sat and watched the phone ring act all stupid and say we haven't heard it ring or it seems to be fine from this side. So why is it I've just spent 3hours trying to call and no one's picked up. Absolute terrible service do not use if you need any help. You'd get a shorter response from a&e
