   I needed to use this service today. The pharmacist did not listen to what I had to say nor tried to carry out a basic visual assessment. Basically said that there was nothing wrong and that if I didn’t like the service I should go to the GP. Went to another pharmacy a few miles away and did eventually need to see a GP. While the other pharmacy couldn’t resolve the issue their service acknowledged that there was a problem, was at least courteous and I was listened to. The service offered by Standish Pharmacy in my experience was not consistent with the goals of Pharmacy First
