Great friendly service.very helpful made me feel at ease would definitely use again they were very thorough with everything and very polite

I had a prescription sent to my chosen pharmacy last Friday 22nd March. I went to the pharmacy on Monday and was sat there for an hour, to then be told they haven't got my medication! I was fuming when I left because I wasted my time sitting there for nothing. They told me to try again later Monday afternoon, so I did. Turns out they still didn't have it. Told to come back today (Tuesday 26th March). Still haven't got my medication. I'm fed up of trying now. I wouldn't recommend the pharmacy to anyone. I am going to change my chosen pharmacy to a different one. Not impressed at all.

Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Myself and my family have used this GP practice and pharmacy since it opened. The chemists give excellent advice and go above and beyond. I have to be honest we have thought about changing our GP practice on a number of occasions and decided to stay due to the great pharmacy. We have now moved to the South End of town, we thought about moving GP surgery to one literally around the corner from us, however, we decided to stay simply down to the Pharmacy and the service they provide. Thankyou all very much..

Have been going here since it opened and never had any issues. I am currently on lots of medication for various problems and always get what I have ordered. The service is great and they try to get your prescriptions to you as quickly as possible. Really friendly and approachable.
