I frequently use this chemist shop. All the staff are always friendly and provide a personal service. The pharmacist is always willing to provide advice. I thoroughly recommend this chemist's shop.

I've been a customer of this Pharmacy for 7 years and continue to be. Once a month I collect my prescribed regular medication and sometimes I walk there for some different stuff. For example - I need some medical advice/guidance or I do some Healthcare shopping like female hygiene, skincare, household goods etc. I would certainly recommend this Pharmacy to others. First of all - everybody from the staff is very kind. And it is really important for any client, but especially for ill patients, which are already tired from their own health struggles and are often very vulnerable and too much sensitive. In this pharmacy they treat you with great respect, care, attention, understanding, they give you as much time as you need, no rush, no negativity, a lot of patience. They make you feel comfortable, even cosy. They always listen to you, try to help as much as they can within the range of their competence. All service you receive there seems really professional, each staff member seems well-trained and skilled. And only the best words I would use to describe the Head of this team, a Chemist of the practice. Highly professional, incredibly kind, he treats you with care,patience and calmness, he shows his interest and efforts to help you ASAP, he personally tries to fix any issues with medication when it happens. And, in view of my experience as a long years customer, this Chemist is definitely very wise and clever. The way he talks and listens to people, the nature of advices he gives, his personal attention to customer, that caring manner he treats everybody etc. - everything shows he is as an expert of his subject as a discreet, intelligent and pleasant person. So, overall, I have a very good impression of this St.Stephens Pharmacy, I always feel welcome, I've never had any complaints, all issues if any were resolved in time, a team is cooperating and helpful, the environment around is always neat and tidy, everything is sorted out in order, great service and lovely staff. That is my opinion based on my own almost 8 years experience as a customer. I hope this Pharmacy has a lot of delighted customers.
