Doctor prescribed antibiotics but when I went to collect them the request had not arrived at Shaws Chemist Lindley. They tracked the request and because of this the order was completed minutes before the chemist was due to close. Had they not done this we wouldn't have risked going abroad. It would have caused a lot of disappointment and hassle if we had to cancel. Thank you for all your help.

Almost every time myself or my husband collects a prescription we are kept waiting even though we might be the only customers. Or staff will be chatting to a friend in the shop and not think they should stop and serve. I used to work in this environment and wouldn't dream of ignoring the customer. If there was another pharmacy within walking distance, I'd leave.
