I went into the pharmacy today and the line was almost coming out the door. The staff could manage the work. Staff spoke rudely to the customer. The Asian receptionist said out loud she has lost the will to work and laughed out loud as it was a joke when myself and many other customers were waiting to collect their prescriptions and waiting to be served. The pharmacist and staff look new and unprofessional.

I would never normal leave reviews for things like this but I have been in twice with my daughter for separate reasons and the pharmacist that dealt with us - the same one both times - was understanding and reassured me in a very professional way. Really great service!
