I am a regular customer with a number of item each visit. Staff never seem 'personable' but yesterday I was spoken to in an extremely rude and offhand way as though I had asked for something that was wrong to ask. I could not collect my prescription as it was lunchtime and no pharmacist was present. There is no sign advising of this although there is one about treating staff politely! This was my second attempt to collect an item that was omitted on previous visit. There should be consideration and politeness both ways don't you think?

First mistake made I was unable to collect the my meds as they were adamant I'd had them .... I was then handed 2 bags of meds (controlled drugs) a few months later because they'd 'found' them on the shelf. Today I'm sent from doctors to pharmacy for an emergency prescription and because I arrived literally 1 minute after closing they refused to give me the meds so now I will have to go to hospital to get a new prescription as my asthma is out of control. Customers were still in the shop. How to kill off your customers

This pharmacy is second to none. Always courteous, polite and very knowledgeable about the customer. Repeat prescriptions always ready on time. Would highly recommend.

Efficient service ..by the time we had seen a gp at Chacewater and returned to St Day our prescription was ready to collect...repeat prescription service works well..helpful too with over the counter remedies

Although St Day Pharmacy is still very young and have had there teething problems, they have proven to be an invaluable service to st day and surrounding villages.

I found the found pharmacist to be very helpful when I needed over the counter medication,my prescription is always ready and waiting,unlike some other chemists
