I called Speedwell pharmacy to ask what time the delivery driver would call to deliver drugs prescribed by the doctor. Twice the person in the pharmacy put the phone down on me. I was not rude, I’m 61 years old with progressive multiple sclerosis and I don’t like being talk to in a negative way, or the conversation ended by cutting me off!!, I’m chronically unwell and I am concerned, just give a customer a modicum of respect please.

Was in the pharmacy and was asked to wait outside as my baby was crying not even constant crying on and off but yet the pharmacist asked me to wait outside! What a joke! Baby’s cry!

Staff were very nice and very helpful. They had everything I needed that I couldn’t find anywhere else and were quick to help.
