Avoid at all costs. Don’t answer the phone. when you do get through eventually it’s apparently ‘not their job’ to get your prescription right! 3 months in a row I received the incorrect packaging. I despair.

Will spend numerous phone calls telling us they haven't received the email of a private prescription. Then suddenly they find it. From weeks ago. Useless and disorganised.

For two months medication has been left out. When called no apologie and was told they was out of stock .was never told this no call no note no message nothing to inform me, and for two months is just unacceptable. Its a important medication for my diabetes and my Injections are important .very disappointed with lack of communication. 2 months in a row is just not acceptable.

I received my first pack of pouches, and all was well, but things went downhill after. My contact made an administrative error, then corrected herself and told me when my 2nd pack would arrive. That pack is now over 2 weeks overdue, their 2 phone numbers are constantly engaged and they have not answered my increasingly concerned emails. This is a poor service that has the potential to put clients at risk

For 2 months running my steroids have been missed out of my prescription they are single handedly my most important tablets as I have no natural steroid level due to 2 previous surgeries on my pituitary gland this is disgraceful I'm moving to another group never using these again!

I had an exceptional experience at Spatetree despite its busy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and the pharmacist was efficient, and knowledgeable, who addressed my concerns and explained my medication in detail. Thank you. He reassured me a lot. Highly recommended for their outstanding service.

They took over my medication prescription about a year ago and everything was fine to start with. Now they don't fulfill my order I have cancelled my prescription with them numerous of times and spoke to my doctors to change it to a local pharmacy who has all my medication every month. I understand pharmacist are very busy but taking notice of a customer should be key.
