   One particular member of staff showed a serious lack of empathy and people skills, being extremely rude to customers and using profanity talking about the state of the toilet in the practice for all to hear - I was absolutely disgusted by the way she spoke to customers and mocked them with the other members of staff. She needs to get a new job preferably away from people as it's clearly not her strong suit. I was not a customer only an onlooker
