    Confirmed appointment for flu jab- waited outside for 10 minutes past appointment time- no answer on phone and security blind was then pulled right down! Very poor service and a complete waste of time. It's a shame when you try to support a local business rather than the large chains.

    Why not go back to the portacabin, it is still a building site, holes in places, trip hazards, nothing to purchase on the shelves, not much room in shop, no privacy, one pharmacist having go at staff in front of customers (I've witnessed on several occasions). The 2 ladies who have worked behind the counter for ages are so helpful and always have a smile on their faces. At the moment it is an absolute shambles. This used to be one of the best places for advice, pity the person who owns and is on maternity leave, hope it improves when she returns. So many times they are not able to obtain stock, so having to get replacement prescriptions.
