    10 min queue. 10 mins to find my details, then told 10 min wait for my prescription even though sent direct by surgery 28 hours before. Told there was a 4 day backlog. Lots of headless chicken staff, will not return. Truly incompetent, clearly no management organisation

    I left 4 days between ordering my repeat prescription and trying to collect it. When I tried, it hadn't been dispensed. I waited for 15 minutes in a shop packed with other people having the same experience and then gave up and came home without my prescription. The fancy new dispensing machine doesn't seem to have done anything to improve the performance of this pharmacy. I will start looking for an online alternative.

    Long waiting times, incomplete prescription items, staff taking excess of 20 minutes to find an already completed prescription in the draw suggesting bad filing system. Unclear communication and staff unable to problem solve; staff stating computer system not working after going to get customer prescription but not stating to customer that they will therefore need to return at another time, not taking customers contact details to inform when computer system will be working again.
