    Whenever I pop in to collect prescriptions or other items I have always found the staff and pharmacist very welcoming and helpful.

    I pop in once a month, and occasionally in between, for bits and bobs. The staff are smiley and helpful and the pharmacist is excellent.

    Pharmacist usually different everyday and nearly always late arriving with customers queuing for their prescriptions. Repeat prescriptions now taking longer to be done not the usual 48 hours but anything from 72 hours on wards. They say it's the doctors surgery fault, when checked there they can confirm it has gone to the pharmacy, given the number code and when they look properly the prescription is found. This is not the service to offer as we have a number of elderly people in the village and they cannot go back and forth between the surgery/pharmacy. Like today there was an issue with a repeat prescription that was handed in a week ago, still not ready, so customer waited, but the staff working thought they'd left and decided to make comments between themselves about the issue, saying they will now have to wait, pharmacist also commented saying they where not robots. Very unprofessional way to run a pharmacy.
