   This pharmacy does not deliver medication on time, they Never answer the telephone, funnily whenever you call it’s in a long Que, once I was on hold 40 minutes and when I went into the pharmacy no one was on the telephone and were all chatting between themselves in the dispensary. On the one off occasion they do answer they are unprofessional, they speak to the customer on the telephone but are also speaking to each other about patients or answering questions which is a breach of GDPR and then keep saying hello acting like they can’t hear when clearly I can hear them. Seriously this pharmacy was good and now has gone downhill! Deliver medications on time people are on long term medications. Get your owners back in because it’s awful
