The pharmacist is abrupt, rude and needs to go on a customer care course. I was denied an over the counter painkiller by the pharmacist calling out to the sales assistant 'he can't have that' - get a professional.

We are told to go to a pharmacist before consulting a GP. This is what I did. Told her what had happened asked for her advise. Just a big sigh and basically told do whatever you want, she then walked away. Felt so sorry for the young girl serving as she looked so embarrassed. Consequently phoned 111 just for advice , very polite and a clinician phoning later. Resulted in me having to visit Gp. (Which the clinician booked)Which I did not want to do as very conscious of saving the NHS money. All I wanted was advice but is seems every one is passing the buck. What a waste on the NHS resources.
