Was told that part of my prescription had been discontinued, this was not true. There is a shortage, which is a bit of a difference. They have also been worse recently at filling repeat prescriptions in advance, regardless of how long they have it for, and then finding out they need to order part of it. Used to be a "great practice", isn't now.

The pharmacist at this practice is one of the most friendly, warm and amusing personalities I have come across in the NHS. I too was accommodated for seasonal jabs even though the appointment was for my husband only. The behind-counter staff were constantly busy but always friendly, polite and respectful of customers. Throughout our time with this lovely gentleman, his phone rang, he efficiently ordered more vaccinations as stocks were running low, but still he had time to spend with us, engaging in an interesting and amusing conversation. The queue for vaccinations moved rapidly and booking the appointment was extremely easy. I would definitely use this pharmacist again, in part because there is a fantastic community bakery nearby!

excellent service friendly and efficent all you want from a pharmacy. I received my covid and flu booster there today in and out in less than ten mins

Had a covid vaccine. Very efficient personable nurse. The whole process took less than five minutes. I have said all I wanted to say about my experience so I would say this way of giving feedback is very tedious and I’m inclined not to bother however I would be sorry if the person who was helpful did not receive my feedback

Awful experience talking on the phone with a pharmacist located here. I had previously arranged to order an emergency prescription for SSRI’s with 111 to be sent over to this pharmacy and the woman I spoke to questioned me on my usage of these and said it is my fault for not having these tablets available (which I explained that the NHS app rejected my previous requests which led to me being in a shortage). When I asked for more information on the subject it was clear from her tone she was very disrespectful and was looking for any sort of excuse to make me feel as if I was the problem accompanied with that she did not feel comfortable supplying me with the prescription. She also said when I mentioned I put the medication in multiple different spots to adapt with my lifestyle (e.g. wallet, work bags, travel bags) and said I should not be leaving my medication in different places in case somebody accidentally takes them??? Who just takes people’s random medication accidentally; this confirmed my thoughts of her delusion. You would have thought the pharmacy would be well trained within customer service as they are dealing with the most high-risk mental health problems and you never know when you are gonna push someone over the edge!!! Awful experience, it’s a shame the pharmacy brand as a whole has to take this criticism because of one woman who can’t properly interact with other human beings and adopts a toxic victim mindset.

Fast, efficient and courteous service. Would highly recommend using for autumn covid booster and flu jab or any other ailments and advice you may need.

Covid booster and flu vaccine. Brilliant experience. No waiting time, professional and quick service by an extremely pleasant practitioner. Definitely recommend this pharmacy.

A fast and friendly service whilst having my Covid booster & flu jab. I was in and out in under 10 minutes, there are seats available to waiting customers, I recommend this pharmacy.
