Member of staff who answered the phone, was rude, unhelpful and unkind. Not just on one occasion but twice in one week. They had got something incorrect so had to phone again, stressful as the person was again rude, abrupt and unkind.

I put my repeat prescription request into the surgery two weeks ago but not yet received it. I joined a telephone queue at 10.20am, I was informed I was fifth in the queue. I had updates saying fourth then third at around 10.26. No more updates received it is now 11.10 and I presume I am still third. The pharmacy is no better. I have been met with abrupt rudeness on several occasions. I am now ending this farce. Just to say this call costs 25p a minute and I’ve been on this call forty four mins with no result.
