I put my repeat prescription request into the surgery two weeks ago but not yet received it. I joined a telephone queue at 10.20am, I was informed I was fifth in the queue. I had updates saying fourth then third at around 10.26. No more updates received it is now 11.10 and I presume I am still third. The pharmacy is no better. I have been met with abrupt rudeness on several occasions. I am now ending this farce. Just to say this call costs 25p a minute and I’ve been on this call forty four mins with no result.

Firstly I sympathise with NHS and the pressures they are under but today I have spent the whole morning repeat dialling the pharmacy, left an urgent voice message with no response. When I tried phoning from the actual pharmacy itself the phone isn’t ringing. As I am out of medication (ordered 8 days ago) I had no option but to drive there. Guy serving was telling everyone their prescriptions would be half an hour despite them being ordered days ago. No apology. No explanation. When I got served I queried about the phone not being answered and my question was ignored twice. I was then accused of being awkward and that he was only going to deal with my prescription request and not answer any other questions!! What!!!! This probably unavoidable situation could have been made much less stressful with a bit of basic customer service!

Rang early and eas told I would get my medication today Left it till 4.55pm so rang to find out where it was No body would answer the phone tried for an hour Couple of times they hung up So now I will be without my medication first thing in the morning If they had told me it wouldn't be delivered I would have picked it up
