   I had booked an appointment for a flu vaccine using the NHS system. I was given reminders via texts and booking ref number. When I arrived (on time) I was told that they had run out of flu vaccines and they did not know when they were getting any more. They had been let down by their supplier. The NHS booking system did not notify me of this. Clearly there is a problem in the system. It took an hour of my time driving there and back. Also a waste of petrol.
