   I attended for a flu jab without an appointment. I was immediately made to feel welcome and given a form to fill out. As I did so I watched customers with prescriptions to be fulfilled coming and going. Everybody was received with a friendly and efficient response and it was clear that efforts were being made to minimise waiting times while prescriptions were being made up. Soon the pharmacist came and administered my flu jab in a very professional yet friendly manner. Overall much impressed.
