I have been using your Pharmacy for many months and most recently taking advantage of your blood pressure monitoring facility. The arrangements were made most easily and the young lady who fitted and set up the monitor and recorded the data is a credit to your practice and should be commended. A very pleasant young lady and one you should be proud of. Please pass on my comments to her.

Said they hadn’t got something when shelf full of them needed the item urgently for a sick patient, totally uncaring, unhelpful and not interested .. shouldn’t be working in this profession !!!
