   Having telephoned in advance to request a repeat prescription, I was told it had already been prepared; but it hadn't. Having also received a text message that (another) prescription was ready for collection, nobody could find it it. And the pharmacy also didn't have one of the products covered by the scripts in question anyway (although I was given a variant of the medicine).
