Telephoned to ask if the pharmacist could see me regarding infected burn on my arm. Each question I asked was answered with the word “No” tried to get more information as to where or what I could do as it was after 8pm on a Sat night but other than “No” was unable to get any help. Sadly the member of staff sounded so uninterested and very fed up perhaps I caught them on a bad day or they are in the wrong line of work.

NHS website and there own website states that they are open until 23:00hrs each day and when trying to call them to check if they have what I’m looking for they can’t be bothered to answer the phone
