  1. Review titled Excellent

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I came to this pharmacy in 2019 after several mistakes at Tesco with my medication. I have never had any problems at all here. The staff are very respectful, kind and professional. Myself and my husband have had Flu and Covid vaccinations here too. We're very impressed and grateful for the excellent service they offer.

  2. Review titled Can’t even be bothered to open on time

Rubbish. Went here for covid jab. Lots of people including elderly people queuing outside. Shutters were down. Somebody finally strolled up late to open up. Many people booked in at same time too. Will give this pharmacy a miss.

Dear Patient We are really sorry for your experience this morning on our Vaccines clinic. Our pharmacy group have played an important role in providing better access and choice for many in the community with regards to vaccination, and we are proud to have done over 100,000 vaccines in the last 2 years. the vast majority of people have been delighted with our service and agility to support this programme. This morning we did have some issues opening up due to the fact that we held an additional vaccine clinic all yesterday afternoon when our pharmacy was closed. The pharmacy was open at 9am and our vaccinator had issues logging onto the recording platform and started at 9:15 instead of 9:00. However i can assure you that there was no one with the same vaccine appointment as the national booking system only allows 1 booking every 5 minutes and no one is given the same vaccination time. Unfortunately many people do turn up early and some do walk in with no appointment which we like to accommodate. I was informed that by 9:30 there were no delays and everyone was vaccinated at their appropriate time. Pharmacy along with other aspects of primary care are trying their very best in difficult circumstances as we are being asked to do so much more within an ever decreasing healthcare budget. We appreciate your feedback and will ensure review our processes and procedures to ensure that we constantly improve. Ashley D Cohen Superintendent Pharmacist Pharmacy owner

  3. Review titled Good little pharmacy

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I notice the previous review and it couldn't be further from my experience with the pharmacy. I've been using them since I came onto medication in 2016 and during that period they've managed my prescriptions for me. My interactions have always been pleasant and the advice I've been given over the years have been salient. My only criticism is the opening hours, the half day closing on a Wednesday is a akin to something from the 80s and they (along with other pharmacies) could do with offering longer hours into the evening for those of us who work full time.

Thank you for your review. Our team work hard to provide an excellent service despite no government funding increase since 2015! Our opening hours have always had a half day closing as this matches the local Drs surgery which is also closed and demand on these afternoons don't warrant us opening.

  4. Review titled Awful experience

Rated 1 star out of 5

No empathy, no common sense and no care for stressed carers having to make long journeys to support vulnerable parents. I have been told I need to drive from Bath to Leeds twice (8 hour round trip) to get my Mum (Alzheimer and COPD sufferer) jabs completed - as they won't do them together and there is no way to book them through the system together. The pharmacist raised his voice and spoke over me when I was explaining things - making me feel insignificant and pretty worthless.
