    For two months running I have collected my prescription and when I got home found it was wrong. I thought there had to be checks in place to ensure there are no errors. Such errors could prove fatal. I tried to call and after 30 seconds of waiting got an automated message telling me no one is available and the call was cut off. Horrific waste of time and too many errors to feel safe

    Delivery service is shambolic. It's not the volunteers, they only can deliver where & when with instructions from the managers. A week has passed regularly without receiving my prescription. Dreadful
