Very poor service, charging me £10 for Folic acid Vitamins ! And won’t refund it. Unsatisfied from the service,

I had an acute skin allergy on a visit to london. After spending 5 hours waiting for a prescription, exiting after most pharmacies were closed, and being prescribed meds that were not available, the pharmacist at Safeed worked with me to find a pharmacy that had my meds (there were none) and then to get a new prescription (for meds that were actually available) via a phone consultation—using the pharmacist’s phone. He asked all kinds of questions and acted very kindly in response to my distress and stress. I am extremely grateful for the pharmacist at this pharmacy!

I had my prescription sent from 111 to this pharmacy. I was told to get there ASAP as it was getting late and the pharmacy would be closing. When I got there, the store worker said the pharmacist was out moving her car and she would be back in 15 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and she was not there. I kept waiting and then the pharmacist called the store to speak to me. She had decided to go out on a delivery. She asked what medicine and what dosage. I didn’t know the dosage off the top of my head as it is in capsule form. I waited for an hour overall and the pharmacist never showed. Don’t bother with this pharmacy
