Ordered meds 2 weeks ago. 23rd Nov queued in rain for 30 mins to be told it was not ready. 25th Nov queued in cold for 58 mins. Computer checked for prescription. Confirmed. Waited 10 mins for them to find it. What is the reason for keeping people, many elderly, queuing for so long in bad weather?

I waited over an hour ,outside, no seats, no protection from the weather, to find my prescription ordered Seven days ago on th e Pod was not made up. After another long wait whilst they hunted for my order it came incomplete with an Iou to come back and wait another hour for! Others were leaving empty handed. Some elderly poeple were near to collapsing in the queue and had to go in and sit down to wait their turn.
