shocking service at this pharmacy. i have been 1 week without medicine my prescription was issued to them but they cannot find it. i can see it is issued to them on the nhs portal. so what now? how is this my issue if they cannot see it? this is ridiculous.

This place should simply not be allowed to offer public services to people who are vulnerable and in need. Extremely poor communication and customer service skills. Didn't open the doors until 15 mins after opening hours. 40 mins after my appointment still hadn't been seen. The pharmacist quoted to the lady at the till "I'll see them when I get a chance, look at the queue". People in front of me waited to be told their prescription was misplaced. Rude to customers, avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
