We collect our prescriptions from this chemist and more often than not, the items are not available when we have told they would be. It takes a long time for staff to locate the medicines, scrolling through the computer and then walking from place to place looking for the bag with the items in. We went yesterday to collect, was told to come back today, which we did, and then they only had half the items so have to collect the rest on Monday. Just seems quite chaotic, even at non busy times. Feels like they need a better system. On one occasion I was given somebody else’s medication in my bag, the chemist took the details as she said this would need to be reported. I am aware that staff are probably doing their best to provide the service, but this is a regular occurrence rather than just a one or two time experience.
