I ordered a repeat prescription last week, takes a few days I understand that but it got to the pharmacy 11th April. It's now 13th no prescription and I have to wait for my medication until sometime next week... I have enough to last until Saturday. I get it's busy but 2 days after they receive prescription and it's nowhere near ready is ridiculous! Hire more staff and actually get a pharmacist on the payroll rowlands because this isn't the first time I've had to wait days/weeks for a prescription

I have used this phamacy for quite a number of years but the waiting times for perscriptions odered whether through the pod or doctors is getting worse for at least 6 months now. I ordered on the 10th and today the 18th still not ready. They blamed the pod but when I rang them they said my perscription was even signed off by doctor on 10th so doesn't know why still not ready. They did let me have my heart tablets as I ran out yesterday but rest won't be ready until at earliest after 3pm tomorrow. I have heard quite a few people having the same problems even more elderly that have to walk there have had to walk back the next day!!!
