    Today at 4.30 rang, trying to see if my prescription was ready, finally got through around five (phone not being answered going to fax) to be told they didn't have it from doctors. Immediately rang doctors they confirmed sending it on Friday 25th. Now Tuesday 29th. I immediately tried to ring back but phone not being answered again and going to fax. (As before). Now 20 Mins later they are closed after continually having them on redial. If they didn't have the items in ok maybe I could have pick up script and gone elsewhere but to deny having prescription is annoying and now I can't do anything. It's for blood thinners which is rather important. Now what do I do? Luckily I have a few extra at parents which is hour round trip. Thanks Rowlands

    Absolute nightmare trying to get through on the phone, it's rarely picked up and they just let it ring until it goes through to a fax machine which is ear piercing!!

    Very rarely answer the phone if at all. Takes a long time to even be acknowledged when you enter. Would recommend using another pharmacy to be honest

    I have used Rowlands for the last sixteen years it was always friendly, helpful and efficient, this same pharmacy has changed beyond recognition and none of the above attributes apply. When I try to contact them on the phone to order a repeat prescription it is answered with a loud fax machine sound, I am disabled and use a mobility scooter which means someone has to come to the door, I used to be greeted with a smile and cheery hello . not any more .. now made to feel a nuisance. Seriously thinking of changing to a different pharmacy!
