I have been trying to get someone to answer the phone for more than 2 hours on a morning and they don't answer. Absolutely shocking

I only come here if I can't get my prescription in Asda. I tried calling to see if they had been able to get my prescription (as Asda couldn't) but there was no answer. Waited 20+ minutes to be told they couldn't get it either. They could definitely do with another person to serve people.

Please can you explain why it now takes over a week to get a repeat prescription, when in the past it only took a couple of days. Progress I think not. my last visit required three separate visits to get my medications in full.

Waited over 30 minutes still no prescription yet people were walking out with prescriptions that came in after me so I stood up and went near the till so that I could ask about my prescription for me to be seen but got ignored till everyone else had been served. Then when they did check they said they didn't have 1 of my items and if i wanted to try elsewhere.. It would of been nice to be told that at the start instead of sat waiting for a prescription that was just getting ignored. I don't know why no one came to let me know instead of just letting me sit there
