I came to the pharmacy 3-4 mins before they shut today at 17.30 and they had there shutter up, checked on line and with the daybrook receptionist and they should have been open and it stated this online. I called at 17.28 somebody picked up could hear jangling of what sounded like keys in the background and some disgusting heavy breathing told them I could hear them and they didn't say anything, called back and what a shock! They cut the line. Just because the workers there want to leave earlier doesn't warrant having a patient (myself) without medication coming to collect it after i finish working and within the opening hours, disgusting and terrible service. I will be taken this complaint further.

Staff are always welcoming, extremely helpful,and polite, they keep you updated on your prescription, when ready to collect,if a prescription is urgent after a g,p visit, they make sure you are given the medication required before you leave. also the pharmacist will make you aware of all side effects, that you may not have been made aware of by your g,p .they are always there if they can help treat your ailment, without seeing a g,p or general medical advice, i honestly feel they are a bench mark, that some pharmacists should be aiming to achieve to, when delivering a service to the general public,
