This is the second time I have been to pick up a regular medication, and have been told over the phone by my gp it should arrive within 2 days. Of course the pharmacy are never this quick, my family members never get their prescriptions on time either. I am now on day 12 of waiting for my prescription after running out 3 days ango and when I went in I’ve been told they’re unable to get it with no explanation. When I’ve asked for my prescription letter to collect elsewhere, I’m huffed at like it’s the end of the world. Absolutely awful organisational and customer service skills, ran by children. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience and will now have to go through the inconvenience of driving 20 minutes out of the village to collect elsewhere.

We have used this Pharmacy for 15yrs and always had good service. Sadly we shall be visiting another Chemist from here in. Invariably they don't have it it, don't inform you they cannot get meds. It's not the Staff's fault. They have a text service to let you know when it's in....... never had a single text. They are understaffed and are constantly having to work Hand to Mouth. Sorry but enough is enough. Bye
