The pharmacist on duty 31/12/2023 was excellent. Because he hadn't got the medication in he phoned his friend at another practice who was able to issue it. All this after trying five different pharmacies. My sincere thanks to the pharmacist and the practice, excellent!

I am leaving this review for a pharmacist I spoke to via telephone. on 16.10.23 at around 8pm. He was most informative about a cream I had purchased that day from the pharmacy following the advice of a locum Gp at my surgery, although some reservations about using it as the GP did not instil me that she was at all competent about this medication. The Pharmacist took the time to go into detail as to why the cream should have been prescribed and about the use of the cream. He had give me more advice and information regarding the cream than the GP I saw, and he even offered a refund as the cream had unfortunately given me a reaction following two applications. So, I feel the pharmacist should get some recognition of how knowledgable and professional he was, and I most appreciate the time he spent explaining it all to me. Service went above and beyond, thank you very much.

This is the pharmacy at my doctors surgery so it should be the easiest to use. Somehow though my prescription is always wrong somehow. Last time I got my repeat one item was missing. So today my husband went to collect it. He’s came home with a huge bag of medication they’ve prescribed me I do not need. He wasn’t aware as they told him it was for me. I’ve tried to contact them and gone back but they aren’t open although their website says they are. This massive amount of over prescribing is a cost the nhs just cannot afford.
