Left my grand daughters prescription on Saturday was told it would be ordered on Monday and to collect it on Tuesday went to collect the medication was told to write my grand daughters details and date of birth. I was told there has been no prescription sent by the gp. This baffled me I said I handed it in personally I was then asked of the details again I said they are written on the paper I gave. Took them 15 minutes came back and asked what was the colour of the prescription after that I was told it will arrive tomorrow. I don't believe the prescription was ordered as stated. Really annoying person at the front no apology just showed arrogance. Will not be going there again

The last time we had a bad experience I thought they were just having a bad day. On this occasion I chased up a script that was over a week late, I was told it haven't arrived with them. I proceeded to check with doctors to confirm it had been sent, it had. Trying ringing the so called pharmacy back, the line was engaged constantly, with a few pick up & hang ups!!! Then tried again & they were trying to ring out so I was able to speak with them, half way thru the explanation the person on the other end kept saying hello hello, like they now couldn't hear me. So so rude, unhelpful & wouldn't recommend this place to Anyone. Totally shambollick & unprofessional.

Very concerned about the chaos witnessed at this pharmacy. Appears to be the ‘default’ chemist for local Health centre . Unable to tell me where my script had gone. Taking over one week for me to retrieve it and give to a functioning practice. Witnessed packages, boxed meds ,strewn around and unprofessional staff.

If I could give it a 0 I would! Don't make this your preferred pharmacy when the doctors want to send your prescription over! I've been waiting since Friday for my son's medication and it is now Wednesday and still nothing! Monday I went they said they will order it and it should come by the evening so I went Tuesday to collect it for them to then tell me they will order it and send it to my house so clearly they didn't order it on the monday! Still haven't received it so I called again today and still nothing. Useless pharmacy useless service and what's worse is you can never get through to them on the phone when it's needed as the line is always busy! Avoid

Slow service, rude staff don’t even give you eye contact when speaking, they treat you as if you are bothering them. Phone line constantly engaged so cannot call up to ask questions or confirm a prescription has arrived. Won’t be using this pharmacy again, will be getting my GP to refer me somewhere else. You guys are an NHS service, not a general store, so you guys should up your game and act like the service you are meant to be.

Honestly this has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. Constantly get my perceptions wrong. I have even been given another patients heart medication!! Always tell me my prescription hasn’t been sent over by the doctors even though I’ve had and email to tell me it’s at the pharmacy to collect.. it then magically happens to be there once I question it. Oh and I hope you don’t have to call them because it’s taken me 40+ calls to get through today!

Been calling this pharmacy since 9.00am this morning, keep getting a constant engaged tone. Have called numerous times since then up until now and still engaged. How are we supposed to get through. What about elderly patients/housebound patients that unable to come to the pharmacy. They need to fix this problem asap.

prescription ordered and authorised in good time - sent to the pharmacy on 28th December - finally delivered lunchtime today after eventually managing to have a telephone call answered following several days trying at random times throughout the day - last medication taken this morning had I not managed to get through would have been left without essential medication - last time I went to collect it because I couldn't get a response to phone calls only to be told it was out for delivery so wasted journey - this is the 3rd time we have been in a position on running out of meds despite ordering in plenty of time - spoken to GP surgery and arranged for alternative chemist for the future - seems to be a theme reading the other reviews - which don't appear to have been responded to - very unprofessional however their drivers who deliver are very helpful, pleasant and polite - pity that does not carry across to the staff in the pharmacy

My daughter was prescribed five days of antibiotics however there was only 3 and half days worth in the bottle. Have tried calling and emailing them so they can rectify this but to no avail. They NEver answer the phone

I have only used this pharmacy for a short time and I am regretting it already. Firstly we waited a week for some tablets to be delivered for my husband and recently tried on numerous occasions to contact them by phone with regard to his repeat prescription by now he’s completely run out. I contacted my surgery and they have assured me the medication prescription has been sent to the chemist. They said the only number they have is the same as mine and to keep trying. I have even tried to email them but it won’t go through. I will have to look for an alternative that can offer a better service.
