Intimidating and rude owners, unknowledgeable and unwilling to help based on my experience at the store. The team of pharmacists consists of a group of unprofessional men who seem to be scared of management and the main pharmacist at the till did not seem to want to give me advice which I came in the store for.

Today was first time I been to Ramk pharmacy, some of medicine I use was out of stock most of pharmacy and some asked if I get my medicine from them when I said no they said they don’t have in stock. But when I called Rank pharmacy person I spoke to was so helpful and straight away down load my prescription and sort my medication. Such good staff.
