    I order repeat meds via nhs app. My surgery are now very efficient at issuing it as an eps. This pharmacy has never had the medication ready and dispensed, even after leaving it a week to collect.This time they had not looked at the script and ordered the medication, even though they gave had it several days.excuse is overwork.usually involves phone calls and going away for 20 minutes while they make it up wasting phone time and clogging up the shop

    Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your time in making this review. My name is Rachel Solanki and I am The Superintendent Pharmacist at Quadrant Pharmacy. I would like to assure you we take all comments and suggestions seriously, and I am very sorry your prescription was not ready when you came and you had to wait whilst we made it up for you. We endeavour to get prescriptions ready within 48 hours from the time your surgery sends the prescription, (which can take 3-5 working days depending on which local surgery). However, at pressure times, for example when there is staff sickness, this does not always happen, and if it is not ready, we do try our best to get it processed as soon as possible, which could be why you were asked to come back within 20minutes. I would be happy to discuss the specific details of your concerns, so I can understand all the circumstances and put measures in place to help prevent the time delay you experienced happening again.
