Called for 24 hr. blood pressure monitoring, having been to previous pharmacies. Greeted with friendly approach and monitor was fitted. Called the following morning for removal of monitor and greeted with a friendly attitude all be it I was an hour early, suggested I could wait or call back I went for a walk.

This is the second time we have used this pharmacy and great experience both times. The first time was when we struggled to get children's antibiotics at our local pharmacy and q2 pharmacy had it. Yesterday we needed something out of normal hours and they had it. The pharmacist has been so kind and efficient both times so this will be out first port of call from now on. Thank you

Best stocked pharmacy in High Wycombe with the best opening hours. There’s a great sense of teamwork amongst all the staff and they are so efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The delivery service isn’t so good now unfortunately and my prescriptions are arriving later and later (sometimes not at all when prescriptions had been mis-filed). I have specifically said that I am unable to open my door after 7pm (due to my specific mobility problems) but recently deliveries were attempted at 7.30pm and 8.00pm! This results in not receiving my prescriptions in a reasonable time. Staff are courteous and always say they’ll make a note about this but any instruction to the person delivering seems to be ignored.
