I recently used this chemist for the first time after my daughter received a prescription from the emergency dentist. The staff are friendly, approachable, answered any questions I needed help with and offered me, help, advice, reassurance regarding the medications my daughter required. The member of staff didn’t try to rush me and ensured I was confident with the products I had bought in addition to ordering the prescription items my daughter required. I was advised to call back at 12 noon the next day to collect the prescription. I arrived an hour earlier than advised (at 11am) the following day with an additional prescription and to collect the one from the day before. Both prescriptions we’re dispensed and given to me within minutes of my arrival….therefore earlier than told!! Most unusual today and highly appreciated!! They were handed over with a smile and friendliness. I went home and changed from my original drs designated pharmacy and arranged for all of our family regular medications to be sent to pyramid. The pharmacy has a lovely welcoming environment, no question is too much trouble and if there is an item I require, the pharmacy will ensure they do their best to help me or offer an alternative. They also have a beautiful collection of very affordable jewellery. As a family we would not consider using another pharmacy. Highly recommended. Thanks pyramid.

I have been having my electronic prescriptions sent here for the last 3 months, my wife's also. This Pharmacy is by far the best in the County and believe me I have tried many, the last one being Tesco, who were truly awful. The Pharmacist who owns this Practice is so helpful and they always answer the phone! They quickly source all medications, even those that others take ages to obtain. The major benefit for us is that they kindly deliver. We only live a mile away but both work 14 hour days and it's impossible to collect meds when needed. Here, the prescriptions are not only dealt with quickly but also delivered in a very efficient manner by the gentleman who drives. We are very grateful for this service and level of efficiency and customer care, we would recommend this Pharmacy to all.

This pharmacy has improved greatly since new owners have taken over.Put a repeat prescription in yesterday normally takes up to seven days ,I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text today to say it is ready for collection. Fastest service I have ever had anywhere.recommended highly
