Firstly the pharmacy opened 8 minutes late 8 people queuing on a Saturday morning waiting for it to open, secondly no text alert - to tell me my repeat prescription of anti depressants were ready even though I had ordered them on Tuesday. Left to wait along time to wait, for only only the card machine out of charge !! All in all took me 50 minutes to actually receive my medication with no apologies what so ever, very rude, unorganised and extremely unprofessional

Pharmacist was kind, helpful and knowledgeable, taking time to help despite the obvious amount of work/clients they had to deal with.

I came in to pick up a prescription on behalf of my partner. Despite only having received the prescription that afternoon, the staff handed it to me within 10 minutes of my asking. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I come here regularly and am slated impressed by how friendly the staff are. Today i went for my covid and flu jabs and i have to mention the pharmacist who gave me the injections . they were the quickest most painless injections i have ever had ! this is what inspired me to leave a good review !! thanks again

I came to pick up my repeat prescription, and although it wasn't ready yet they had it ready to pick up and take home within two minutes. They talked with me all the while and were very friendly. Would absolutely recommend this practice to those that need a pharmacy.

It is legitimately the best practice I've had. The staff are accepting and kind. They bend over backwards to help in any way they can. I note a specific occasion where there friendly staff organized around them not having my usual brand of medication. Where most pharmacy's would ask me to come back in a few days. This pharmacy paid enough attention to know that there was a risk of me going through withdrawals and they managed to find a work around.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. Each and every one of them over the 18 years I've used this pharmacy, has provided excellent customer service, with empathy and understanding and most of all, no judgment. Keep up the good work! Recently my pain medication had been delayed and they managed to get it in stock the same day which was a relief in more ways than one!

Clear instructions to me as a patient, super helpful and knowledgeable team . The pharmacy is very busy yet no matter what time of day, the service is very efficient
