The only things I get from this pharmacy are text messages stating they cannot get anything, the texts give no information and which items they cannot get then behind the scenes the pharmacy tries to get the items and then delivers them without warning and I'd already sourced them from elsewhere, I call out shenanigans. The new owner is running the place into the ground.

I left my script the evening before and went to collect the following morning after being told it would be ready . When I got there I watched 6 people come in after me and go before me , I enquired and was told “ oh sorry “ Then I watched another 3 people come and go before I had to leave as I was in a rush to get to work . Terrible service.

I had to say my name date of birth address, tax credits exemption & what my prescription was for out loud!!! This is disgraceful

Firstly I am an NHS worker myself and have worked throughout the pandemic so am fully aware of pressures. I went to the pharmacy today to collect medication from a repeat prescription, I understand there can be a wait however my slip from the first counter seems to have been placed in a basket at the second counter and basically forgotten about. After waiting for the people in front of me to be dealt with a customer after me was then being dealt with. I enquired if mine had been found and received an immediate "We are still getting it all together for you" for the staff to then scurry around, find my basket and eventually find my medication. There seems to be a lack of leadership and dare I say of anyone being in charge. The lady at the front desk dealt with her customers in a polite and professional manner however. As a nurse of 16 years I left feeling a burden and having paid £18.70 for the pleasure.
