As always, the staff were extremely helpful, discreet and pleasant. Whilst waiting for a COVID jab, I saw and heard several examples of how the staff go above and beyond to help customers . I know that this is their usual practice because I witness it every time I go there.

My husband and I went for Covid Boosters. On arrival pharmacy staff showed us where to wait and we were called into a room where our personal details were checked before vaccines were given by a very pleasant doctor/pharmacist. All very efficient and we were in and out within 15 minutes.
