On the NHS website it says that this pharmacy is opened until 12:30 on Saturdays so I went there aorund 11:40 and they said they were closed to "catch up". This is really inconvenient because I wasted my time going there and I looked at the website to confirm if it was opened. if they are going to close early it needs to be updated on the website or at least send an email or text message to all the patient of the health care centre where this pharmacy is located.

Today I have phoned 54 times between 1616 and 1725. Of these calls 16 rang off. This isn't the first time I have called dozens of times with no answer

They make life hard. I went to pick up 2 prescriptions. They gave me one, I questioned it and was told only one. After a trip home and a call to the doctors, the second prescription was with this pharmacy. So I had to go back and after making them aware that I wasn't happy they told me to go elsewhere. Which I will
