I was with a previous chemist for 25 years but it was rather far ,my daughter told me to start using this one ,pitman is very helpful , and always jolly ,all lovely staff also open late ,would recommend pitman,i need a lot of medication on a regular basis ,they always have everything i need, recently joined here last 6 months defo not changing to anywhere else

When finally managed to get through to someone on the phone .. The person I spoke to was ever so rude and have a disgusting attitude .. When didn't want to carry on with the conversation he's just put the phone down.

Called up to check open and if what I was describing was worms. Agreed. Confirmed had medication. All this at 10:15pm. Open until 11pm. Drove down. Really friendly, confirmed how to take and follow up. Suggested why to take the pill. Overall fab. Pills taken within 30mins of call.

Not impressed so far!! Only getting an urgent prescription went to piçk it up they were shut half an HR early just explained this got cut off with the guy saying "that's a lie!" Then asked if it could be delivered he abruptly sale "we can't. You have 8 hrs to get here"...RUDE!!!
